PID Movie

 This is Turbocraft's PID Control interface as it appears in both PID_Control and PID_Control_IO
The sequence is as follows:

The user turns the PID loop on, and the loop ramps the input smoothly up to setpoint.
The user then checks the Input Stats pop-up, and decides to lower the setpoint.
The loop then ramps down to the new setpoint.
